Transparency

How Filary shows pricing, fees, payment timing, and product limits before they affect your money or your client experience.

Transparency is not a brand word here. It is a product requirement. If money moves through Filary, the person sending the invoice should understand what the client pays, what fees apply, what payout is expected, and where uncertainty still exists.

What we disclose before an invoice is sent

  • The invoice total your client is expected to pay.
  • The Filary plan rate used to estimate platform fees.
  • The expected amount after Filary fees.
  • Payment method and payout information when it is available from the payment provider.
  • Whether faster payout options are available for the transaction.

No surprise deduction model

A fee that only appears after a client pays is not transparent. Filary is designed to show fee impact during the invoice flow, before you commit to sending.

What can still change

Payment systems include variables outside Filary, including payment method behavior, bank timing, refunds, disputes, currency conversion, and provider availability. When those details depend on Stripe or a financial institution, Filary should label them clearly instead of pretending they are fixed.

  • Estimated fees may differ if payment details change before checkout.
  • Payout timing depends on provider eligibility, bank processing, region, and risk checks.
  • Refunds and disputes can change the final amount retained.
  • Taxes are your responsibility unless a specific tax workflow in Filary says otherwise.

Data and AI transparency

Filary Intelligence is meant to make your business context easier to understand, not to replace your judgment. Recommendations should be traceable to records in your workspace: clients, invoices, payments, projects, or activity.

  • AI output should be reviewable before it is sent to a client.
  • Important financial actions should require your approval.
  • Business explanations should point back to the data that informed them.
  • Demo activity should remain separated from live workspace data.

What we will not do

  • We will not hide the plan fee until after payment.
  • We will not market Instant Payment as guaranteed when eligibility depends on payment infrastructure.
  • We will not treat generated text as automatically approved by you.
  • We will not ask for bank login credentials inside Filary.
