Fees
A practical breakdown of Filary fees, what they cover, and the situations that can change the final amount.
Filary fees apply to payments processed through Filary. The rate depends on your plan and is shown before you send an invoice so you can decide whether the economics make sense.
| Plan | Filary fee | Included |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 2% | Clients, work, invoices, payments, core stats |
| Plus | 1% | Lower platform fee, storefront, advanced freelance stats |
What the fee supports
- Payment flow and invoice payment tracking.
- Connecting payments back to clients, projects, and invoices.
- Payout state visibility where provider data is available.
- Product infrastructure for records, dashboards, and business context.
What may be separate
- Taxes, government filings, and accounting obligations.
- Currency conversion or bank-side charges when they apply.
- Refunds, disputes, chargebacks, or provider adjustments.
- Optional faster payout costs when available.
Do the math before sending
A fee schedule is only useful if it changes behavior. Review the estimated net amount before sending invoices with tight margins.
Instant Payment
Standard payouts normally take a few business days. Instant Payment is intended for cases where speed matters more than maximum net amount. Availability, timing, and cost can depend on the payment provider, destination, and account eligibility.
