Clients
Use client records as the source of truth for relationships, history, and money tied to each customer.
A useful client page is not a digital business card. It should answer what happened, what is open, what is owed, and what context matters before the next conversation.
What belongs on a client
- Contact details and billing information.
- Notes that affect delivery, communication, or scope.
- Linked projects, invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
- Activity that helps you understand the relationship over time.
Working habit
Create the client before work starts. If the record is created only when invoicing, you lose the context that makes later follow-up easier.
