Invoices
Create invoices that are clear for the client and useful for tracking your own business.
A Filary invoice is both a client-facing payment request and an internal business record. It should explain the work, show the amount due, and preserve the payment trail.
Before sending
- Confirm the client and billing details.
- Review line items, quantities, discounts, and taxes.
- Check the estimated fees and net amount.
- Preview the client-facing invoice.
- Send only when the amount, due date, and terms match the agreement.
After sending
- Track whether the invoice is draft, sent, paid, overdue, or needs attention.
- Keep payment and payout state attached to the invoice.
- Use the invoice record for follow-up instead of chasing context in email threads.
